I am from out of town having a dispute with a dealer from Parramatta road where I bought a second hand car , I wanted both myself and my car to feel safe during a fair trading inspection and while so many garages said no to me Gil and Harold offered their garage and hoist and valuable time to help me out . I am so grateful to them and their extra advice to me was exceptional service even to a stranger – thank you so very much !
Oh and those dealers were caught out knowing the car had suspension issues and gave me an illegal pink slip and refusing the dealer warranty on the repairs – they are yet to come to a payment agreement but to watch their faces when the mediator asked them questions was priceless .

I highly recommend Gil Auto for the work they did on my older model car at a very reasonable charge. But their committment to customer service was most clearly demonstrated when I recently lost my car keys which had their tag on it. A few weeks later they were contacted by the person who found my keys and Gil Auto arranged for the safe return of the keys and paid the person afinder’s fee out of their pocket. Thanks guys!

Thank you for the attached photos, I put them together and met with Holden Suttons in Waitara and they have had my car for one week ‘fixing’ it, on Friday they informed me that the timing belt – which was only replaced last year has stretched and that they have ordered a new one and will replace that this week – I should be able to pick it up on Wednesday.
Once again thank you so much for explaining everything in a way that I was able to understand, this made it easier when communicating with Holden.
