How do we measure customer Satisfaction?

We measure our success by the percentage of longstanding customers that we have and by the number of new customers that they recommend.
Also, by the pride in workmanship of our technicians and friendly atmosphere in the workshop itself.
The numerous letters of appreciation received from our customers reflect this.



Pink Slip rego's are sent to the RTA immediately. Should you have already paid your green slip compulsary insurance. We can pay the RTA for you using your Credit Card. We will them remove your old sticker and replace it with the new one.

Becoming an NRMA Approved Repairer means that NRMA has given  mechanical workshops the stamp of approval, recommending our business to our Members and the general public as a reputable workshop.

The NRMA Approved Repairer Network has been running for almost as long as NRMA itself. Early on, Members of the NRMA wanted recommendations for reliable repairers who they could trust to carry out automotive mechanical repairs on their vehicles.
Have all the necessary facilities, equipment and qualified trades people to complete the repair or service to the highest possible standards,
Be willing to abide by our Code of Practice and Code of Conduct,
